ABOUT THE NOURISHDAY APP
NourishDay: Food Calendar is a bilingual food diary and nutrition tracker from Jianna Consulting, LLC. It combines meal-photo logging, calorie and nutrient estimates, a nutrition calendar, and seasonal food ideas. Its Chinese name is 食养日历:NourishDay.
Take a meal photo or choose an existing image, then confirm before it uploads for analysis. AI suggests foods and portions; nutrient estimates come from the reviewed food catalog. Correct the foods and amounts, then confirm the record you want to save. A photo cannot measure exact nutrition.
Yes. Saved meals contribute to calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber and other nutrient totals. Open a date in the nutrition calendar to review the meals behind that day’s estimates. You can also enter foods manually.
NourishDay connects local weather and the 24 solar terms with food, tea and everyday wellness reading. Traditional seasonal guidance is educational context, not a measured nutritional effect or a treatment recommendation.
Download NourishDay: Food Calendar on the App Store. The app supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 16 or later, with a companion Apple Watch nutrition view. English and Simplified Chinese are included.
Yes. After sign-in, the ongoing free plan includes the five core tabs, up to three image analyses per day, and the latest seven calendar days of nutrition history. Optional Premium offers up to twenty analyses per day, full nutrition history and cross-device sync. Subscription prices and trial eligibility are shown in the app.
No. Food recognition, portion estimates, nutrient totals and seasonal wellness content are for education and general wellness. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
